With just 12 seats, everyone has a front row view on the creation of each thoughtful cocktail, complete with some of the telltale magic of a José Andrés cocktail bar. Menu highlights include the whimsical Bergeron’s Chest, a rum served with a stunning aromatic cloud; and a clear, contemplative Japanese Whisky Milk Punch.
